Need to organise a private function and chasing something different Loos Creative Space can organise something unique everyone will be guaranteed to remember. We will work with you to create that perfect picture and offer a an experience like no other, with painting & laughter in an intimate setting with your friends and family. Private functions can be hosted at any location - homes, restaurants, bars, offices, community centres... anywhere! Parties last between 2 and 3 hours (not including set up and pack up) depending on the complexity of the painting or workshop. Start or end your celebration with us, or make us the main event! Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY EVENT CANCELLATIONS - (PUBLIC CLASSES) As a small business in the events industry, the success of our business relies on ticket sales. When a ticket to our class is purchased, that secures your place in the class and we expect all our events to sell out so a strict cancellation policy ensures our business to continue. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice: If you email us more than 14 days in advance - we will be able to transfer you to a future class of your choice free of charge. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice: If you email us more than 7 days in advance, we will offer your tickets to someone on the waitlist. However, there is no guaranteed that we can re- sell the ticket. If we manage to resell your tickets we will grant you a Class Credit to be used at a later date, minus a $15 rebooking fee. Please note we are unable to credit the portion of the ticket price that is allocated as a booking fee. Less than 7 days notice: Unfortunately, it is too short notice for us to be able to re- sell your tickets as we need to give those on the wait list a chance to respond and we do not do administration on the weekends. Please see if you can give the ticket to a friend or family member as you would any other event. If someone in your group is ill or unable to attend, you may bring someone in their place. As we have limited seating available, “no call, no shows” will not be refunded. Please Note: We do not offer refunds for class credit if you forget to use it before it expires. PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENTS We require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to secure the booking. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations. We can reschedule your event to another date or provide a full refund of the deposit only. Final payments is required 14 days prior to event.
