Please read the below information carefully before starting.  Booking your reservation will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We have a lot of options and this will streamline the process and saves you having to print and return forms. You will receive a confirmation email.  

Key notes:

  • If posting your flowers, you must select the fastest shipping or courier option with your company to ensure your flowers have the best chance of arriving quickly and safely.

  • We will send you shipping instructions if this is your preferred option. You must choose an over night courier to ensure your flowers are viable when they arrive. If you are local to Perth Western Australia I am happy to collect them after the wedding.

  • Complete the form with as much information as possible and ask any question you may have.

  • You are more than welcome to make changes to your order in the lead up to your event, however they need to be cemented in at least 2 weeks prior to the first pour casting.

  • How many flowers do I need. Well a medium bouquet will usually do a 20x20 square and approximately 4-6 coasters. This depends on the size of the flowers. I will only use flowers that are needed (occasionally a few extras) and if there is any left overs after your order is complete we can discuss adding extras. 

  • You will receive an email with the designs and once confirmation has been received I will be able to cast the first pour.

  • Your entire order can take up to 4 months to complete depending on the size of the order. Charcuterie boards usually take 5-6 weeks.

  • Resin must be poured in several thin layers and take approximately 24 hours to cure between each layer. It’s important to be patient with resin as it can be a temperamental medium. It all depends on your flowers and how you’re wanting to preserve them. 

  • If paying in full, casting can’t begin until you payment has cleared. If paying in two instalments, the first instalment must be received and cleared prior before casting begins and the final instalment before you receive your pieces. If you are in need of smaller instalments, please pop in your comments section and we will do our best to accommodate. Two part payments and instalments are only permitted for orders over $300. 

  • Don’t forget to enter any of the designs you absolutely do or don’t want in your package or if you’re happy for me to take complete creative freedom, I am happy to do that too. Feel free to enter special requests as well or pop any questions in the comment section.
