Located on a rural property surrounded by the beauty of the natural bushland set amongst the gum trees come and relax whilst listening to great music and the chatter of local birds. This event promises to be a fun and a relaxing experience for all attendees. So let your creativity flow as you sip on your favorite drinks, graze on my magnificent grazing board whilst you paint a masterpiece. No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide all the materials you need. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to create art in the company of a lovable alpaca! Classes are limited to 15 only to ensure you get the time needed to create your very own masterpiece. What will you get during the session? On arrival you will receive a complementary glass of Champagne, BYO permitted. A shared grazing board to indulge in 2 1/2 hours expert artist led technique and tips provided by Loo All painting supplies to complete Classes are held at my new art studio located on a rural property in Bullsbrook. The event is "Lilly the Llama. Be ready for an experience like no other we will have you laughing, connecting with other like-minded people and singing to the best music in town. and most of all walking away with a masterpiece. You will be led by Loo our talented artists who will not only guide you through each step of the painting but provide you with tips to ensure you leave feeling like a professional. And just in case you worried we can provide a stencil to make sure your painting starts off with the right design. It’s about fun art not fine art. Your ticket provides the following: The session run for 2:5 hours and so you get the best seat arrive 15 minutes early. Come with friends or come alone we will make sure you have a great time.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY EVENT CANCELLATIONS - (PUBLIC CLASSES) As a small business in the events industry, the success of our business relies on ticket sales. When a ticket to our class is purchased, that secures your place in the class and we expect all our events to sell out so a strict cancellation policy ensures our business to continue. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice: If you email us more than 14 days in advance - we will be able to transfer you to a future class of your choice free of charge. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice: If you email us more than 7 days in advance, we will offer your tickets to someone on the waitlist. However, there is no guaranteed that we can re- sell the ticket. If we manage to resell your tickets we will grant you a Class Credit to be used at a later date, minus a $15 rebooking fee. Please note we are unable to credit the portion of the ticket price that is allocated as a booking fee. Less than 7 days notice: Unfortunately, it is too short notice for us to be able to re- sell your tickets as we need to give those on the wait list a chance to respond and we do not do administration on the weekends. Please see if you can give the ticket to a friend or family member as you would any other event. If someone in your group is ill or unable to attend, you may bring someone in their place. As we have limited seating available, “no call, no shows” will not be refunded. Please Note: We do not offer refunds for class credit if you forget to use it before it expires. PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENTS We require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to secure the booking. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations. We can reschedule your event to another date or provide a full refund of the deposit only. Final payments is required 14 days prior to event.
